  • How do I use beBEAM?

    beBEAM’s unique cylinder shape allows it to be stood up, propped up, laid down or hung. The possibilites are limitless!

  • Is beBEAM a tool for self defense?

    beBEAM is encased in a sturdy aluminum body, so you can use it for self defense in an emergency situation.

  • Can it withstand shock?

    While the outer casing is durable, the LEDs inside may be prone to damage when subjected to excessive shock.

  • Can beBEAM be used outdoors?

    As beBEAM is not waterproof, we recommend you only use it indoors.

  • What kind of packaging does it come in?

    beBEAM is wrapped and packaged in a cardboard box.

  • Is gift wrapping available?

    Gift wrapping is currently not available, however, beBEAM’s original packaging is perfect as a gift!

  • What is the delivery time?

    When in stock, beBEAM will be shipped within 3 business days of order placement.

  • Is there a product warranty?

    beBEAM comes with a one-year warranty from date of purchase.

  • What is FOTOCO made of?

    FOTOCO is made of the same tempered glass (1.33mm) used in smartphone displays. Images are printed on a Polypropylene film and placed on top of the glass.

  • What is the Glass Stand made of?

    The glass stand is made of transparent glass, with 2mm slits for holding your FOTOCO.

  • Where is FOTOCO printed?

    FOTOCO is printed in Japan, and all materials are made in Japan.

  • Is it possible to print on both sides?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept orders for printing on both sides of the FOTOCO.

  • What is FOTOCO's image resolution?

    FOTOCO supports a max resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi.

  • What is FOTOCO's color quality?

    While FOTOCO is printed using top of the line UV printing technology, actual color may vary from those seen on screens. Slight color fading may also occur over very prolonged light exposure.

  • What file types do you accept?

    JWe accept JPG, PNG and TIFF files.

  • Can I upload copyrighted images?

    We are not involved in matters of copyright, so please place orders in accordance with the copyright laws of your country. However, please note that we may refuse and refund certain orders when they are clearly infringing on copyright laws.

  • How long do you keep my photo data?

    Data is deleted between 10 and 30 days after delivery.

  • Can FOTOCO be used outdoors?

    FOTOCO can be used outdoors, but please note that discoloring may occur with prolonged exposure to sunlight.

  • What should I do if my FOTOCO cracks?

    Please discontinue use and discard as it is very dangerous.

  • Can I resell my FOTOCO?

    You may resell your FOTOCO at your own discretion. However, responsibility of copyright, portrait or trademark infringements will lie solely on the customer.

  • Is gift wrapping available?

    Gift wrapping is currently not available, however, FOTOCO’s original packaging is perfect as a gift!

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is $5 per order.

  • What is the delivery time?

    FOTOCO is generally shipped within 5 business days of order placement. Please see your confirmation e-mail for further details.

  • Do you accept returns or replacements?

    beBEAM orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. As FOTOCO is uniquely made to customer specifications, orders can only be cancelled before production.

About delivery

  • What shipping companies do you use?

    Orders within the US will generally be shipped by UPS. Please note that since all orders are shipped from Japan, delivery may take between 10 days to 2 weeks.

  • How soon will my order be shipped after order?

    beBEAM is shipped generally 3 business days after the order is placed. FOTOCO is shipped within 5 business days of order placement. However, shipping times may vary due to availability. More details will be sent in your confirmation e-mail.

  • Is it possible to specify the delivery date and time?

    Changes to delivery time and date are not possible for orders within the US.
